Feel free to bring crystals, water, tinctures or anything you'd like to cleanse/charge with the sound waves. You can keep these safely near you.
Bring a yoga mat or blanket and pillow to lay comfortably on. And consider applying a few drops of your favorite essential oil to your mask (optional) or skin to help you relax further. :)
We value your time, so here is a heads up that we may run a few minutes over time while people are coming back into the space after deep relaxation, stretching, sharing their experiences if they feel comfortable to, etc.
